Ordering Online / Security

Ordering online from Zig Zag Urns is safe and secure. Information, including credit card numbers, entered onto our shopping cart order form is sent to us encrypted and decoded by our computer. If the message is intercepted by another site it is useless.

If you are uncomfortable using your credit card, you may send a personal check or a money order. Personal checks may delay shipment while we wait for your funds to clear

Each urn is handmade and individually decorated. Small variations from the web page pictures is inevitable.

Return / Refund Policy

Purchases may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less shipping costs. This policy does not apply to personalized and custom artwork orders. Returns should be repacked using the original packing material or professionally packed.

Urns displayed on our web page are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Orders received before noon PST are shipped the same business day. Personalized urns may take up to three weeks for delivery. Inquire about time lines.
